) Summer months its typically 10 to 20 hours a month of work.
Summary:
Overall, you are making sure the home is in pristine condition, looks like the photos, everything works and has all supplies.
Fix, clean and replace as much as you can and notify us if it is something we need someone else to do.
Skills required:
Attention to detail Deep cleaning skills (You are not the primary cleaner, but need to catch and FIX anything the cleaner misses) Ability to handle minor repairs (i.
e Change lightbulb or lock code).
We have a handyman for larger repairs.
Organizational skills Basic tech skills - Ability to email and use our app Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

) Assure The supply closet has enough backup supplies to last until your next quality control visit and is neat and organized.
Deep clean items typically missed by cleaner (i.
e scuffs on walls, vents, dirty carpets replace if too bad , outside area organized and cleaned, etc) Everything is in working order (i.
e replace burnt our light bulbs, replace hvac filters, key is in backup lock box, etc) Job Type:

This is preferred, but if not how far are you from movie theater in Ventnor and outlets in AC? Do you have a car and drivers license? Cleaning, light maintenance, and organizer are key.
Anything you can tell us about these skils of yours? This is more of a job for extra money opposed to full time income to help me out;).
From experience $300 to $600 a month on average it ends up adding up too.
Just to make sure this is ok and what you are seeking? Are you available during the hours of 12 to 4 Friday Saturday and Sunday? Not all of those hours but checkouts and check ins are typically during those times and it's when the home is available to fix up.
