- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers - Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings - Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream shop - Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other desserts according to customer requests - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Stock and replenish ice cream supplies as needed - Assist with cleaning dining area Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Knowledge of retail math for calculating prices and discounts - Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers Note:
Previous experience as an ice cream scooper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
